Return and Refund Policy

Damaged items

  • We are happy to process returns for items that may arrive damaged due to mishandling while in transit. If a full refund is desired please fill out the form in the packaging that provides the reason for return and the item name. We also require a picture of the damaged goods to help us easily identify the item needing replacing.


  • Exchanges accepted for unworn merchandise with original tags within 14 days.

  • We will exchange clothing items if they are too small, too big, not as pictured, or you simply had a change of heart as long as the exchange is for a lesser or equal priced item. Unfortunately, we do not exchange any herbal beauty and wellness products. 


  • Returns accepted for unworn merchandise with original tags within 7-10 days. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for herbal beauty and wellness products.

  • Any items returned after 7-10 days will receive store credit. 

  • Refunds only available for merchandise in original state. No damaged or 
    worn items will be refunded or exchanged.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card or coupon for future purchases. There is a 6 month time-frame in which store credit will be valid for use.
